I as the Captain (Grandpa Joe) killed the second AI that the roboticist started wheeling into the core.

I told the roboticist (The dude who was that terrible borg last round) to remove him from the core and he could be a borg but not another AI as we didn't need one. The roboticist started saying that he had asked to be an AI and so he could stay.
I reminded him I was the Captain and didn't want him as an AI, so the AI harked up at this point, said that he would protect his existence and stunned the both of us in the core.

I removed the AI from the core and lasered him to death because the roboticist wasn't taking him away to be a borg and the prick had just stunned me. Didn't think to card him, didn't know I could card him and then check laws either; just knew that there was a new AI core that I didn't authorize in a restricted area that had just proceeded to stun me and tell me it would protect its existence.

Admins decided to end the round to sort it out.
I got a job ban for 2 days from heads, which is fair.

But being a game that is as crazy as this, players more often than that fuck up somehow and we're there to make sure it doesn't happen again. Maybe they're new or just returning and only need a reminder? Or maybe it's a guy that has 45 notes about being a shithead and the only thing left to do is permabannu.

There's no one size fits all solution and our job is to make sure everyone follows the agreed upon rules to the best of their ability, not collect banvalids or be lazy fucks that do nothing while george melon griffs you.
