I guess that's as good an excuse as any to link the latest thing I've been working on. Mostly covers Asgore and the six fallen humans, but I branch out into my interpretation of a lot of other pre-game events as well. Though I mainly wrote it cuz I was between other projects and this was an excuse for me to play around with motifs and revert to my usual tone of "apocalyptic dread" after One by One.

I get that feeling of 'I need to make this'. It's the sole reason I wrote two extra chapters to the fic I originally made as a standalone. Had a mental image and storyboard of what would happen that I never planned to tell anyone until it really became apparent that I needed to.

I've trailed along and it's fun, but there's no longer that immense desire to put the words down. Was writing 3-4k words a day on the third chapter-- now it's barely a fifth of that.

I feel you familia, the thing you have to get good at is figure out the ending.

Like what I do is think of how it should start, then how it should end. That's the most important part, along with the climax. Then make a greentext. Important plot point or quote to the next. Then when I write I just go back to it and connect the dots and make it all pretty. It's also nice to have someone look over the plot and shit.

A lot of us keep up with FINAGLC because we want to know what happens.
