Sorry for late response. I use my own body builded in UUNP, its based on the un7b. I just got annoyed by ridiculously thin knees on the 7b and silicons so I have decided to make my own body +my own preferences.

My skin color is a drastically different color indoors than out in the sun. I know that lighting plays a factor in this, but could it be ENB settings or ELFX fucking with it? I made the character outside so having jaundice indoors is bugging the fuck out of me.

Mm, maybe. Check the enblocal window, see if edge aa and subpixel aa are enabled. Temporal AA is good too if you're usually getting 60 FPS, SMAA can be proxied through ENB if you're not.
