In CS a really good player will absolutly shit on normal good players. Yeah, 5 random pros that probably don't speak the same language might get beated by a team of matchmaking Globals 1/10 times, but that's more like 1/1000 if they are an actual pro team. Communication is super important, and team-play and strats will pretty much ensure the pro team never loses a match.
