Claim that he was the savior of the comic. I'm not even kidding. That's what makes me hate him more than anything. His shit writing, the lawsuit, the backstabbing, all of that is terrible yes, but the fact that he refuses to acknowledge the truth that he fucked up the comic and its reputation for years and outright says that he was what made it and Sonic popular. The fact that he refuses to accept responsibility for being such a huge fucking manchild, and the fact that he continues to boast about how important he is pisses me off more than anything else. It turns him from just a horrible writer on a children's comic book into a terrible human being, and the fact he puts down people who did help make the comic and franchise better and take credit for shit other people did makes it worse

I don't know if this counts as improving or not. But in a fic I wrote years ago, never uploaded it anywhere because I didn't have internet at the time and a house fire claimed that PC so don't ask for it because it no longer exists, one thing I did to differentiate the Weasel siblings was have Nack prefer to use older style weapons like revolvers, bolt action rifles, nothing newer than what you'd see in WWI. While Nic on the other hand used every electronic gizmo she could get her hands on, more modern weapons, etc. Moment something new came out she had it and was trying it out in the field.

But neither were really able to edge the other out in how good they were at the job, they were always at par with each other.

I honestly don't remember what I did in that fic. Didn't even remember it ever existed until the anon in the last thread triggered some memories. Like was it an AU or set in canon, did it have OCs or just official characters? I really don't remember anything else.

It starts declining in quality after issue 50. Some could argue before then, if they do not like Endgame. That said, there's a few good stories/arcs after 50, but there's a lot of boring/bad to get through.

Anyway, there's a reading chart somewhere with the qualities of issues, but I do not have it at the moment.

People say the book drops off after 50 because it's a nice, easy number. No matter how you feel about EndGame, that's bupkiss. There was nearly a year of dreadful issues beforehand and a year and a half of issues that you'd find yourself stumped trying to give a good reason as to why they'd count as a "decline" compared to the preceding year. If you want an arbitrary cutoff point, direct people to the ten issues of poorly drawn, hamhanded drama and redundant subplots instead of the assorted set of one-off stories that range from cruddy to harmless.
