I am everywhere at once. The game we’re playing, what’s it called? Dwarf Fortress? I can see it breaking at the seams. I am nowhere. I have killed a lot of people.

Asriel sits on the stone throne all day. He doesn’t cry a lot, but he does a little, here and there, I guess. He’s wearing the crown because I hurt him if he doesn’t. It hangs on his head halfway, digging into his fur from wearing it for hours, digging into his skin and making it bleed, and Asriel isn’t really familiar with the concept of bleeding, but because of you, Partner, it happens anyways. He looks so dopey and cute in that gold crown. I could just snuggle up with him and stay there all the time, but he isn’t good company. He just sits and looks around with his eyes made of glass at the world, like everything’s gone and he’s got nothing left to live for. Maybe he’s right.

The thing about playing OFF was that it made me realize that the Unertale's concept of having a video game acknowledge your complicity in the protagonist's actions wasn't an original idea.

Also I see why people compare Sans so much to Zacharie and The Judge now. It makes the game seem a little more derivative to me.

How is Flowey able to use magic?
He doesn't have a soul, and the game states monster's souls allows the use of magic. And it can't be his Determination, because it was extracted from humans and they can't use magic. And even if they could, Frisk has a lot more Determination and can't use magic.
