Remember! The PGE was written in a "tourists" view. Much like reading a diary. You cannot expect the "fictional" author of the writing to be right about everything. By putting something in concrete, you limit yourself downplay suspense and originality for further developments and such. Not everything we say is always true. Sometimes, even we developers speak out of personal beliefs and idealisms about certain aspects of TES. And it is NOT always correct.... many times, it is INcorrect purposely. ;)

it's the reason you only have 4 options per dialogue, it's the reason you say "so what's a synth?" when you've been traveling with nick for two hours, it's a gimmick that they dedicated time and money to at the expense of story and dialogue options.
remember new vegas where there were sometimes ten options for dialogue with a character, including one that perk-based and another that had two different lines, one for if you didn't pass the skill check and one for if you did?

-Gameworld is 2.5x as large. Everything feels so close-knit it's almost claustrophobic.
-Fix up the Settlement system with tilesets, assigning caravan guards to the provisioners(you can be one yourself) renaming settlers. When attacked you defense is calculated by Food+Water+Power so while you can disregard Raiders after a while you may want to check in on Gunners, Super Mutants, Deathclaws etc.
-More weapons and visual changes when modding them.

-Fire all the animators and get new blood
-Small named Raider factions like Red Tourette's group that you can convince to join you as a settlement or turn against each other
-Texture morphing and bump mapping so that males aren't the only ones that can have the bodies of greek gods.
-Change the main quest. I don't know to what but something less shit.
