Install evolve and start a room or whatever they call it, one of you needs to download the server app and then the other needs to point their emulator at the host's evolve IP.

As long as the guy hosting the server can see you connect everything should just werk, I'm sure there's video tutorials on youtube if you are computer illiterate.

You might want to set up 25% speed on a hotkey if you can't start quests together, it helped with getting shitty pings working (Europe to Brazil) at one point but this was a long while ago and might have change since.

It just goes in the direction you're facing, then rushes in the direction you hold the stick for the next two / three rushes depending on skill level.

You can probably use lock on like you can with aerial to always line up to the monster lazily I guess?

I don't think you can stop it phasing if it chooses to because it's just constant forward momentum and will push itself around shit. Lining up the final hit a is shit regardless.

Yea I've used all of them. Starving Wolf feels really nice, but I have no idea how much the extra hits are actually increasing damage.

The aerial one feels kind of bad in a lot of situations due to needing something to actually launch you. Maybe aerial style lets you jump to use it or something?

Nah the broken parts aren't that much of a hassle. I just have to sit up while playing now which helps my posture. The thumbstick is surprisingly not that bad either although spinning it hurts a bit. The sticky L is really the only problematic thing.

Just fought the 5-star Tamamitsune. Haven't fought any of the other new flagships.

It's a very fun fight. Didn't get the chance to get Bubble Blighted, but still very fun, though not as hard as I thought it would be.

I'm sure I'll be eating up my words when I fight the NotApex variant of Tama though.

I made the mistake of crafting a 120 raw gs with a good chunk of green as my first strong weapon early on and now I ha e four other weapon types I've crafted for but none are as easy Or consistent as aerial gs. But it's sooooo boring. Literally dodge at monster. Hold X. Repeat. The only way I learned to spice it up is by placing big barrel bombs in front of the monster and jumping off it for a triple charge. I'm scrambling for a good charge blade or gunlance asap.

Which style is best to play for gunlance?
I only got MHX yesterday so I'm using guild style for the full burst since I only have 通常 gunlances, but all the hunter moves looks bretty cool so I'm considering striker.
