For anyone who seriously don't know what to play, an option you can choose.
Of course a real man would stick to a class at least til around Lv150 before making a new character but whatever float your boat.
Of course you can add link skills and cards that directly increase damage. For example three pirates cards give up to 8% ignore defense for example with Bucc being a card by itself give extra damage based on your level. Pretty good if you are into pirates. Shade link skill can also be pretty nice to have even if unreliable and Shade is just fun to play period even as unfunded.

The grinding is insanely fast compared to old maple anon. You can get from level 1-60 and 60-120 in about 2 days of mild playing.
You can also do bosses via the dimensional mirror and going to "party quest" area. But be warned you can't do that until level 50 and theres only 1 PQ people actually do.
Basically grind until level 70 and then grind a PQ that no one finishes because the EXP given in 1 level of the PQ is the best XP in the game.I play maplestory for the cool skills and the music. The artwork is really good in the high level area's as well anon.

The second hit of double swing has an absolutely terrible hitbox. That gets fixed with full swing, which is third job.

For Reboot? It's really hard to say. As a Xenon I'm hitting around 12k x2 lines w/ criticals, so im clearing monsters pretty easily. They have decent range for their second job skill. Dual Bladers are shit.
Hayato are amazing mobbers with fast hits and decent lines, and Luminous hits 8 lines but pretty weak damage and their casting speed is slow as fuck, but they're pretty good with telecasting.

Plans for higher levels? I'm at Skeledogs atm and I plan on going to sandrats or spiders later but idk if theres any place inbetween. No. You gain %dmg from leveling up. Scrolls do not exist on reboot. It makes things nice because things like primes made the game really fucking cancer. Especially for Xenon.
