Medusa can seriously outdamage Ushi for clearing, has a strong self buff and her stun can be very useful, if it works.
Ushi can buff a party though, which you might find more useful.

Medea can spam a debuff, which is amazing for bosses, and has a self heal.
Cu has a meh AoE, a crit boost when hes subpar in crit teams and an evasion skill.
Medusa and Ushi is arguable but honestly Medea has no contest.

I'm overwhelmed to play 3 accounts, I think it's better to give 2 of them for those who can play it.
