It's a power dragon that's for sure who knows when Nasu will buff this dragon it may be greater than the dragon Arthuira and Gawain faced.

Headcanon. The requirements for Caliburn A+ is in the hand of the king as it was revealed to us by Saber Lily. Caliburn only went to A+ when Arturia was holding it along with Shirou. Also no matter how high the rank of the NP is, what's counted for physical attacks is STR, as was shown to us in Apocrypha. Even further, Shirou was easily blocking Herc attacks which are all A ranked, and was sent flying the moment the sword stopped moving on it's own.
