Okita doesn't need stars, she generates a shit ton of them for Nobu and Nobu helps charge Okita's NP. I've tried out Okita, Nobu, and sluts and it worked extremely well.

Nobu is great for super charging Okita and the sluts NP, Okita is great at shitting out stars for sluts and Nobu, and the sluts and Nobu are great at nuking with their crit damage buffs

(This means you somehow fucked up because your account raised multiple flags in the system)

Note: If you open too many google wallet accounts using the same Card, google MAY find it suspicious and close NEW accounts made with them.
