It's like, if I run 10% from runes and go Nashor's first item then I'm at 30% pretty early. But then I'd want to pick up Rageblade before Lich Bane, so I have to choose between either sitting on 30% for most of the game or going CDR boots and overcapping once I get Sheen.

What's the correct setup for CDR on lane Kayle now?

As someone who mains Darius I can say for certain that Renekton and Fiora are some of my most comfortable matchups because of how common they are. Same with Mundo, Riven, and the occasional unlucky bastard who picks Yasuo. The real dangerous matchups are the ones you're not prepared for.

Lisandra, Kennen, and Vayne to name a few. Those 3 have incredible kiting potential and ranged harass. A good player will win that lane 9/10 times. Any other matchup is skill based.
