I know they'll never be super competitive, but I'm a big fan of the Dododo cards, and have been trying to put something somewhat consistent together. I've been using these cards/ratios with low-to-moderate success, but I'd like to know if there's any cards that I'm either missing out on or ratios that need changing.

Really bummed over RotA being taken down to one, and it's a terrible shame that Goblindbergh makes Witch miss timing. I've tried adding Glow-up Bulbs and stuff to add in potential Naturia Synchros, but they never seemed to work out. So any help would be appreciated.

The problem is that Geargia is super reliant on keeping the Armor alive for a turn and Geargiakuri is fairly monster heavy, meaning that Armor + 4 traps isn't that easy to open with.
And then there's the issue of not having properly good traps either.
Besides, if you do actually want to shitstomp, two of those traps have to be Trap Stun and Geargiagear.
And with the Kuri build you're not going to be outgrinding anything since you'll generally just going to get caught in their pace and not actually gain any advance, you'll just be forced to throw away monsters as meatshields until you end up with barely any cards and lose.
A big issue is also the lack of built in responses to Pendulum scales.
You're fighting one turn behind all game.

They're far more flexible as far as plays go and while on average they do require about the same time to set-up for the big play (Shark Magician), the play or the setup doesn't involve nearly as much risk as it does with Geargia.
With Geargia you NEED to resolve one effect twice to get moving. You absolutely need that to snowball, otherwise you're just bleeding resources.

In the few playtests that I've done, against any sort of respectable deck, the survival percentage for GGX or Armor is incredibly low, I've managed to resolve Armor properly a few times, since the opponent didn't expect it and just hit it face-down, GGX has never, not even once yielded both his searches. Not even if I summon double GGX with Auger and Backrow.

Another point that I feel this deck is missing in the form that I play it certainly the lack of pressure its capable of applying.
Essentially the deck doesn't require the opponent to play around anything. Breaking the Geargia strategy is easy and yields no inherent penalty to the opponent. Take Mermails for example, practically all their plays yield some form of advantage regardless if they resolve without the opponents interaction or if the opponent is put in a position where he must remove the Abysslinde. There is no play that this deck offers that's even slightly similar to that.
At best you're going to be floating a GGX into a tiny useless Geargiano or getting a search from Armor that, by itself can't accomplish anything other than simply re-build the field you've started with while your opponent already advanced his. Basically, a complete retard can play and win against Geargia as long as they've got the resources to throw at the deck. And every modern deck can manage enough to outgrind Geargia.
As far as non-OTK plays go, it's rather hard to do them with this deck, since 80% of the time, you'll be asked to pick between removing your advantage engine (Armor) and building into an answer, an answer that usually only deals with a single monster but rarely actually manages to stop the engine. (woah, I 101'd his XYZ, but he can still Pendulum a new field next turn)
If the meta permitted it, a good solution to this problem might be Fire & Ice Hands, since they integrate well into the strategy, applying pressure while supplying the secondary component for XYZ-ing without forcing you into stopping your engine. Unfortunately, Hands don't work right now.
