Last time I did it I was the emperor of Britannia, held almost everything in France, Germany and claimed Italy.

After creating the HRE everything in France split off, some of them were suddenly independant while others were independant kings with me as heir.

It just does not work correctly, even after all these years.

how do I into monies? I'm playing as pagan/tribal saxony as the grand chief and directly control like 3 temples and have some tribes in my provinces giving 3 gold each, but my total monthly income is a measly 0.96 gold

A country called "Pathetica" would have a core on it, so you could release it as russia as a satellite day one. It would be primitive country will 0 techs and 0% literacy

So I manage to capture this guy, who was the heir of the Abassid empire, when he was still a child during a siege on their capital. I made him a ward of my heir, who fucks up every kid I send to him for some reason, so that he would grow up to be an ineffective ruler. Instead, my heir turns him into a fucking champion. After a civil war in the Abassid empire, his father was dethroned and replaced with some distant relative or something. He still managed to inherit land in Persia, and in a few short decades has managed to get much of its territory under his control. He is now occupying his time by tearing the Abassids apart as their empire continues to collapse.

I did not foresee this.

So why is Pitcairn able to get colonized by other countries when it became a British territory in 1838?

Well, I don't think they should have cores on those two provinces in the pacific or Acre. They won't get it anymore. Rio Grande do Sul I think is to counter the Brazilians being able to get Entre Rios. The irredentist decisions for RGS and Entre Rios cost infamy and require a fascist government in HPM, but I won't make them get cores in a land it wasn't even part of the colonial divisions. They already get a lot of countries for free.

The map over top is from some map of central siberia that was in a polar projection, but was georeferenced and re-projected to the same miller projection as the map underneath.
