The Synths in that one mission I saw streamed were severe damage sponges man.

Each of them literally took 10+ shotgun shells to the head. I don't think that streamer invested in ANY gun perks, though.

The enemy scaling in this game looks fucking atrocious to be honest, like way worse than Point Lookout ever was. He also used Tgm and some of those Synths had to be shot up to 20 times with Kellog's magnum in the head.
