And Nora still being a frozen body in her Cryo pod kinda seems like it would be significant later, or at least gives me enough of a reason to just console her alive / use a mod to have her escape the Vault with me, or even let everyone in Vault 111 leave and start a settlement in their old neighborhood.

If their pods were really shut off, they realistically should all be skeletons after 60 something years of decomposition.
