That would all be great. I doubt anet would be able to pull something cool like that off though, they're pretty inept as clear with how shit the whole LS1 was and with how rushed HoT story was.

The exalted are pretty sketchy to me too, they're cool and all, but the whole situation seems a little weird. Supposedly they're humans from centuries ago who repurposed themselves to be protectors of glint and glint's legacy and to fight the elder dragons, yet all they do is just sit in their city in the jungle doing nothing this entire time? I mean sure you can spin it that after glint died they maybe lost their purpose or whatever, but still. We just stumble upon them and they're like "oh is that glint's egg? well we just happen to be glint followers! just give that egg to us over here" and our characters just go "oh, okay then here you go".

Not to mention that master of secrets guy or whatever he was called, the leader of the 'totally not canthan' asian people had glint's egg for years, if he really was some wise know all man, wouldn't he have some knowledge at all of an old race of people who's literal existence is to honor and protect all things glint? If he did then he would have given them the egg in the first place right?

I don't know, the whole thing was rushed so a lot of this doesn't make sense.

My Battle Rat put on 2 bits of ascended valk armor and 2 ascended valk trinkets, to go with my Wurm runes, so in mostly berzerker gear I roll around with just shy of 30000 health. I did this because of how lethal the stuff in HoT is... it makes fractals easy as shit though, and I run with the heal over time sigil and Mango pies, so I am getting back like... 450 health every 2 seconds. This combines with the talent that gives you Stability every second while in Zerking makes you more or less unstoppable in fractals up to level 50, the highest I have seen so far.

Zerker also turning the Predator into an incendiary grenade launcher for its burst skill is great. Maximum fun. I do have two axes though, so its not like I am doing only rifle, before you bitch.

She's a mega-man boss dude; you learn the pattern and have any form over over time health regen and you are good. If you move in an L strafing around her she can literally never hit you with her basic attack animation, the one that applies bleed and cripple.

If you are leveling go to the Borderlands WvW map (the little tower icon up top will lead you to that menu) and every 5 levels use the karma to buy level-appropriate gear for yourself, so you won't be gimped horribly. Hold on to ecto, its used in lots and lots of stuff at max level related to crafting. The lower level crafting stuff hold on to if you want to do crafting (I'd recommend weaponsmith- ascended weapons will be goddamn helpful later) or, if you don't give a shit about that, sell them. There are a bunch of guides online about how to level crafting, google will be your friend there.

What level is your character, anon? As a revenant you should first spec into devastation or maybe corruption and get dual swords. Also equip a hammer so you can get a few ranged hits in before mobs get to you.

Learn how to dodge and use your sword blocks and unrelenting assault evade, because if you don't you will get into much more trouble later on.

Your laurels should be used for ascended rings and necklaces if you don't want to get them from fractals. Alternatively, you can get a few cosmetic things or T6 mat bags for cash.

Does anyone in these threads use SweetFX or GemFX or any of that shit?

If so, do they effect your performance much? I play on medium to high settings with a pretty solid framerate, i would like to use something like sweetfx for some much nicer colors, since the times GW2 looks the best is when you're in an area with a weird color overlay/effect such as a few places in the arah dungeon.

If it effects your performance though then i'd probably have to tone my settings down which i'd rather not do.

I use SweetFx with Reshade.
The effect on your performance depends on how much effects you use. The more shit you add, the more it'll weigh on your system.
In all honesty, I'm not so big on graphics so I mainly just use it for subtle effects. Lumasharpen and slightly higher contrast with some other minor tweaks. I didn't want to stray away from vanilla but just make everything a little sharper and get rid of that awful vanilla blur. And with these minor tweaks, my fps doesn't drop at all.

As far as my graphic settings go, everything is set to high except for the shaders, which are set to medium. High shaders tend to make everything look like plastic for some reason.

Wish I could upload in the original .png but 4chins allows only 4mb files so have a shitty jpg.
