okay so viral proc means the enemy has a half HP. toxic proc is fucking worthless on 3/4th of all enemies if not more. is it even worth it to have +25% duration on viral? isnt it the case of recasting it? wouldnt a torid do that better?

Zephyr's still good with Turbulence and Tornado but don't try to bring that shit beyond 60 minutes, enemy accuracy would actually scale up to the point where they can hit you through Turbulence. Miasma now only does one tick per second of damage, right? If so, then maybe a way to fix is would be to double the number of ticks it does on enemies with procs on them (2 ticks with one, 4 ticks with two, 8 tick with three, etc), with the same amount of damage per tick.

Warframe will benefit from ability cooldowns. This is fact.

90% of the problems in Warframe come from OP ability spam (other 10% from enemy scaling). Permanent invis. Permanent disarm. Permanent 99% damage reduction. Permanent disables. Infinite energy. The reason the game is so easy is because abilities are overpowered, but that by itself isn't a big deal - the problem is that abilities are incredibly easy to cast with no cooldown and 75% efficiency. Adding ability cooldowns will change the game into something more than just "press 4 to win" because now you can only press 4 to win every 20 seconds.

There's a reason why LITERALLY EVERY OTHER RPG IN EXISTENCE HAS COOLDOWNS.

It has everything to do with it. I can tell you have no experience in game design. If you don't reward your player for doing tasks then they wont want to play your game. There is more grind than there is reward in this game.

The missions themselves are already repetitive, the maps are repetitive, they've removed the only fun movement system the game had and replaced it with slow, they are making the grind last longer by nerfing frames that made the gind go faster. Everything in the past couple of months have done nothing but extended the grind and reduced FUN in their game.

DE has huge problems with their game. The warframe abilities should be the least of their worries at this point. Their game needs a serious overhaul and nerfing warframes wont give them that.

If you care this much about credentials, I have placed top10 in the events, and seen lvl9999 (max possible) the only people who played more than me are turbo nerds like Colstro, Waifu and some other nolifers.

This game is fucking easy boring grindan, regardless of levels, when you know what you are doing. And you just grind low levels for RNG - your skill and effort is not rewarded. I would prefer a game where you actually get better rewards for harder missions, a game with challenge, not a boring timesink for casuals.
