As a QBD expert, 27 kills in an hour (An hour being timed from my aura) is roughly 5-6m. with sub 2 minute kills.
10 more kills would be 20 more minutes of QBD.
Unless somehow you get sub 1 minute kills with switching, the more realistic gp/per hour is 5-6m, while on lower levels is 3-4m, which I would equate to 2 and a half kills per dose of anti/ovl
