I am 1 playthrough in ('good' end), trying for normal on this run, will go for true on next; my neps are about low 90 across the board, and ONLY cave and histoire have unlocked their exes by my skill-use frequency because I heal and buff everyone with histy and cave is a trash mob annihilator.

As of chapter 2 or so of run 2 towards normal end, I JUST got the 50 skill use thing for neptune, the main fricking character who i used as party leader through entire first playthrough

basically; are there any fun/intuitive ways to hit the 100skill use requirements in general?

standing around in a low level area casting cheap buffs on yourself while enemies hit 0 and using a bunch of sp items seems feasible but that prospect is mindnumbingly boring

Histy and Cave only really got it because they were paired as the support caster to the other slots where i used cpus because histy is excellent buff/heal and cave's low cost/high hit count aoes were practically free to cast with how they changed the sp system here.

I didn't really feel the rhyme or reason to use other skills like that, and didn't

any suggestions on unlocking other character sp skills?

it's not like i DONT want to, just a lot of them have single target high cost attack skills that are difficult to find a frequent context for and therefore use

Because she is that strong she doesn't need fucking skills. Also, i finished my first playthrough with my main party at level 97~99, the 4 of them with EXE drives, it's not that hard

Either way, the best way to do it is
- Equip your nep with a disc with any "Required SP -" idea chip, the higher level you have.
- Couple your nep with another one that has "Required SP -" Ability (Broccoli, Cave, MAGES., MarvelousAQL, Histoire)
- For Neptune, try to get her Leader Skill, this will let you transform using only 100SP, and thanks to her innate ability, when you transform, is like you get a "Required SP -" buff, only for Neptune
