Encumbrance, bounty, item durability, and disease will show up when they're relevant. There's a hotkey I can hold to display all of the things on the left, and they move up and down depending on if the weapon icons are there or not, and slide out from the left when the hotkey is pressed. I've been playing TES since I was a bright eye'd wonder kid fawning over Daggerfall, and I've played all the way up to Skyrim. I just picked up TESO, and while it feels like a weird hybrid, I'm still heartily enjoying it.

A lot of TES fans don't like it because of what happened when it came out (Kinda broke lore.)

That's fixed now, but the damage is done.

A lot of MMO fans don't like it because of the leveling process. MMO player always want to just rush to end-game and forget about enjoying the quests. ESO kinda forces you to do every quest there is or you'll be grinding mobs a lot to level.

There's also a lot of stuff to do with the skill system and how it's really open-ended that keeps MMO fans from enjoying it. Most TES fans love the fact that there's really nothing you're locked into even after you pick you class. MMO fans normally like that also, but a lot feel like that makes it "Not a true MMO."

It is a fun game. You just have to get into it.

Lore rape isn't even a big issue. Every new TES game changes some of the lore. Remember how mad everyone was when Skyrim came out?

The main issue is how it doesn't really play like a TES game.

In Morrowind, Oblivion, and even Skyrim, you can take a heavy armored warrior with no sneaking skill at all, enchant a ring with invisibility, (In Skyrim) either use the muffle spell or enchant boots with muffle, and now you can sneak around with no problem and steal everything.

In TESO, you can't even enchant stuff like that. There's not even a real sneaking skill.

There's also no illusion magic such as chameleon, Clairvoyance, or even detect life/dead.

It just doesn't feel like a real TES game for some people.

Don't get me wrong, TESO is a fantastic MMO. I love it. Between it and Guild Wars 2, I'm happy as far as MMOs go and probably will be for years.

That doesn't stop me from just wanting Skyrim with Co-oP.

Ok, I think I might be retarded but I'm having some trouble with a mod I'm making.
I am attempting to make a conjuration spell that will summon a "dremora whelp", which is just a dremora lord scaled down to be smaller with a higher pitched voice.

I've managed to figure out how to extract, convert, edit and compress the dremora whelp's voice files, but I can't find anything about how to make the game recognize those files for a voice type. I tried creating a custom voice type (copied from the default dremora voice type) and mimicking the vanilla file structure for it, but the whelps just won't say anything at all, no subtitles or audio.

What am I missing here? It's something obvious I'm sure, but I can't figure it out.

On a related note, does anyone know of a mod that allows you to sell stolen items to merchants, that actually makes use of your Mercantile skill? I'm using this one:

Considering I have a mod that changes the Persuasion minigame so it's not stupidly easy to make anyone like you, as well as a mod that makes Mercantile actually useful, I'd like to be able to have a freelance thief who's not necessarily likable but can still sell hot items.

Use skytweak for the illusion spells. It has a "perk" you add trough the MCM menu that causes all illusion spells to affect targets of any level. Im going to do small changes to werewolf perks.

What would you like to see when playing werewolf? i was thinking about 2 ways, one where you can switch forms on demand with hircine ring and turning back into human with lesser power button, and feral way, with better abilities but lack of safety button.

Were you the one who wanted to play the mod? If so, be glad. I got every mod from the Nexus on a Notepad already, a shame for the ones that aren't there, but then again, if it's not on the Nexus, it likely is on MGSO's Credits.

if i let them kill the guards, they would just run away and the city still had corrupt guards but now the killers were also free so literally nothing would change. the only option was to kill everyone right?

Well, actually you make the Silverblood lose their control on the Forsworn. So it's somewhat better. I guess.
