It depends, on the hunters either being as retarded as the average hunter usually is and if it's an objective based game mode. Most PvP players (and by extension most hunters) are pure fucking retards. If you get THE /dg/ ELITE You might have better odds with the Guardian's not getting fucked up the ass. But Spartans move so much more, being able to dodge AoE shitters, so it's a hard fight.

In terms of tech, Guardians have stuff like the Void and theoretically infinite lives, so I think in most ground engagements they'd take the win. In terms of skill our out of armor battles though, Destiny's got a wide array of stuff to choose from, as Guardians are reincarnations of old, super skilled warriors, but we don't know if (and I really doubt that) they would be able to match SIIs.
And if you follow the old Spartan reincarnation theory as well, Spartans might have that up their sleeve as well.

Don't enjoy FFA in Arena since it's even more of a fragfest paired with shitty spawns.

Warzone is fun until you burn out and just want something else.

As someone that didn't really enjoy Arbiter when I was a kid, there were two things to it. One has held true, and the other I've abandoned.
The thing I've abandoned is that I didn't understand the plot because I was 10. Replaying it in H2A, some of the Arbiter cutscenes are really fucking good, like him first becoming the Arbiter.
The thing that I still stand by is that his levels are extremely bland. They're almost entirely just gray Forerunner hallways, with the only variance between them being sickly orange clouds, nothing, snow, and then an eventual forest. Comparing that to Chief, with Cairo station, New Mombasa, stone ruins, a covenant ship, AND all of the gray forerunner hallways makes it more entertaining to play Chief's side. That and his one liners are great.

Warzone in general would benefit from a system where it will still cap if there are more assaulters than defenders. I think it would bring balance back completely for the attackers, as well as vanilla Warzone in places like The Fortress where one guy crouching in a corner ruins it for everyone.

If there's equal attackers and defenders, it doesn't move. If there's more attackers, it starts being captured. If there's more defenders, it reverts capture progress or doesn't move.

I've played other games where that's how it works and it's really fun

I'm just kind of at a loss for words right now.

I don't really know why, but this Halo campaign just feels fucking wrong.

Why the hell are there missions where all I do is talk to three people and its all over?

How is Warzone justifiable in any sense at all? I know its non-invasive. I know I don't have to play that game-mode. However, it gives the best REQ point amounts, and its the only 12v12 game mode at this point, yet it is SO so pay to fucking win it's incredible.

The beta for this game felt so much better. The pistol is incredibly OP, and the BR is basically a power weapon now, seeing that 90% of the map power weapons were swapped from the Beta's weapons to literal dog shit (e.g. Plasma Caster, Hydra).

I wanted this to be another Halo 2/3. I really fucking did.

Do we get a REQ pack for doing the survey? Saw some people complaining about not getting theirs, and I was just unaware that was even a thing.

You'll have to wait for BTB and all the other game modes. 343 doesn't want to release them until forge is out. The second BTB is out no one will play warzone again.

It's a game for the rich man only. If you have all the money, you're allowed to sit at the top forever while everyone else struggles to build up their arsenal.

Eventually, the playing field will level out on its own, which is the only saving grace to be found. But that will still take a very long time.

What are /hg/'s opinions on the aim acceleration/deadzone problems in H5?

Personally I can definitely tell the difference, and it gimps my play for at least the first few games in a playing session until I adjust. It's most noticeable for me when using a sniper rifle, which sucks because I was a crack shot in previous games.
