Jetstream Sam is the lamest boss in the game.
This is coming from someone who absolutely loves the shit out of the "rival who is equal or superior to you but similar moveset" thing. I fucking love Vergil, I love Devil Hand, I love Jeanne.

His boss fight was pure shit. The setting was awful, the song was one of the worse boss songs in the game, and his moveset was incredibly limited and spammy. It felt so much less like fighting an equal and more like fighting a gimped AI, plus you could KO his ass instantly with Ripper Mode+Scissor Blade on any difficulty.
If not for how unbelievably horrible the Lumen Sage boss fights were in Bayonetta 2 I'd consider Jetstream Sam the worst implementation of the rival trope I've ever seen in an action game.

I honestly don't understand how the fuck anyone could like him, what about that horrible phase when he's damaged where he LITERALLY spams one attack over and over and over again and gains super armor for it?
