I forget AVGN is even still active sometimes. I watched his shit religiously until he took a hiatus to make the movie, and never got back on board. (I still haven't seen the movie in its entirety, but from the little I have, seems fucking awful.)

Not too long ago I was thinking about the Battletoads video where music guy comes out from behind the couch. I remember thinking it was funny. Rewatched it, and was thoroughly meh'd by it. I also just watched the recent Game Boy video and had a similar reaction. It's fine, but I don't find it hilarious anymore. Sad to see a tangible way in which I've changed.

AVGN was how I found ScrewAttack, and I stopped going there years ago as well. Around the time ProJared was booted. Sad to see them go to shit as well, with the split and everything. I mean, financially they're doing fine, but it's completely different from what I loved.

Holy shit, they cut like a TON of content from every single video that has to do with a movie or big franchise. Like all the rocky clips and audio are missing from the Rocky AVGN episode, in the Aliens retrospective it's like a slideshow and like barely any video footage when there used to be a ton.
