you can put low density commercial wherever you like

put high density commercial in the same placement you would industry, with the addendum of not placing it on the opposite side of your city as your industry unless there's a straight line of highway between them

Waiting for it to be on sale to buy Mass Transit, most of the new transport options seem gimmicky, boats are cool though. But weren't they like really restricted so services couldn't use them, making them useless for connecting islands? Not so good. Think there was some new road options too but I can do fine without them.

I make maybe 2 cities per year in that game.
But when I gather enough autism to do so, I put some effort into it. to atleast build it with some style to it.

You need to buy the DLCs on sale, then they are cheaper than a trip to McDonalds. Just imagine you bought a bad hamburger.

I enjoy the bus lanes, and haven't tried to use the bike system much yet, but I use After Dark less than I expected desu. But still don't really regret it.
I think actually Snowfall may have had a bigger impact on my gameplay, the trams are super nice.
