I can't speak for everyone, but with me, my tip (which I don't follow all the time) is to just start a game even if you don't feel like it and see how it goes.

With me, it's like showers when I was a kid. I never wanted to go take them and I needed to be dragged there, but the second I actually start, you needed to go grab a forklift to get me out of there. A whole afternoon goes by with me playing video games out of nowhere.

/v/ just makes it too easy to procrastinate from procrastinating. It's fucked up!
