Him living to 60 after dropping 200~ lbs isn't too far fetched all things considered. Past that? Hell no. 60 at absolute max, 65 if a miracle occurs and he loses 300+ lbs within a short amount of time.

Those would be best-case scenarios. The likelyhood of him catching a heart attack and dying before then are fairly high. Not only from lifelong stress on his body, but because I don't think he'll lose any substantial amount of weight (or just die on the table in a few hours).
