You can change party members at will, you can fuse and change every party members' stats and elemental properties. The battle system is basically SJ's, but with automatic demon co-op. and there are no social elements from Persona, only side quests that are based on the support tiers from FE.

Able's fight was cool as fuck, I was almost afraid he wouldn't show up. The fights against the Shadow Dragon teams in the ruins were some of the best turn based fights I have ever played. Every boss should have been like those.

I'm not a big fan of Shulk and Lucina, but I outright despise how they handled Noctis.
