I actually really like the 3D. It helps make up for super low-res screens. I think the eyes end up averaging the two screens, giving it a bit of an anti-aliasing effect. I think the added depth also throws more information at your brain, further distracting you from low-res.

You can use various homebrew, like emulators, things to backup your saves, take screenshots, and many more things.
Flashcarts work for the most part, even if Nintendo blocked yours, there's a tool called TWLoader to bypass that shit with most of them.
You can potentially get banned for having CFW, nobody really knows what triggers the potential bans, but even then it's only for some people, and you can unban yourself easily if it ever happens. Won't keep you from playing games either.
