It's sped up. The lighting makes the levels looks sorta bad and the water looks really out of place and sorta lame.

Use NXengine if you wish to play fullscreen, just remember to set the FPS to 50 in the pause menu.

Feels indifferent. At this point I'd expect some extensive UGC like a level editor to warrant yet another release.

This lighting thing looks really awful. It throws the contrast of scenes totally off. My eye is drawn to the inside of the room where Quote and Toroko for the left, while on the right I'm getting a bunch of the navy blue which moves my sight toward the left of the screen. It's throwing off the composition of the levels.
Yet again Nicalis meddles for the worse.
