Honestly, the rest of the artifacts depend on how you like to play personally. If you want to make the game faster Glass is fantastic. Try other artifacts to see how you like your singleplayer.

In my own runs I've found that without Sacrifice I end up with way more greens and reds, but I lack on white items, and those are important for Glass.
Regarding the time, you need to find your pace. For me on Monsoon difficulty the key marks are 3 and 5 min: you shouldn't take more than 3min to find the tp and you shouldn't waste more than 5 to finish a map: if you do you'll have a hard time. Basically, if getting one or two items is going to cost you 1 full minute, it's not worth it.
Just my opinion though.
