For Morrowind, for me anyways, all you need is the one mod - Morrowind Overhaul.
For Oblivion, I would use nexus.

Imagine doing all this world building, writing all the immense amounts of lore, creating distinct races, languages, pantheons of gods and deities for multiple different species and cultures, political structures and hierarchies for said cultures, creating schools of magic and combat, and an entire fucking universe. All for shit that will never be used in anything ever.

You'd have to really love creative thinking and storyboarding to want to spend this much time creating an immense universe for fucking video games, the lowest form of media.
