No. Especially with the Season Pass costing more than the base game.

Devil Daggers is okay. Probably worth the $2.49, if you like that kind of game. You're very unlikely to ever beat it, though, statistically. (And by "beat the game", I mean get the achievement, because technically the game is endless.) Even with lots of practice, it's stupidly difficult. I played a lot and never got past around 315 seconds.

If there's one thing I'd tell you to buy for sure, it's Ys. Might as well grab Ys Origin and Ys 6 if they're dirt cheap, too. Ys I+II is oldschool but people usually love it after they get used to how weird it is.

Similar to the original, you pick up a single hero to go for an adventure and gather an army to fight for you. The battle mechanic is safe and familiar turn-based with hexagon tiles, while moving in the overworld happens in real time. There's a vast option of spells either to boost your own units, alter the battlefield or spread havoc among your enemies.

The game comes with an interesting marriage feature, where you can wed one of the female characters you meet and eventually have babies with her. Your wife and your children will provide different bonuses and she can also wear artifacts for you. If you break up with her, she will take a certain percentage of your gold and take away your children. Just like in real life! For all of you necrophiliacs in here, there's a zombie girl you can marry.

The world is huge. I mean, it's like freaking huge. You perform quests and come across with a lot of NPC encounters, which sometimes has different outcomes depending how you answer to them. There's a surprising amount of dialogue to read. Countless of dungeons and caverns are waiting for you to be explored. Even purifying a cursed object is a fight sequence of itself.

There is a prison escape mode which is normally dead easy but fun to try and burn down as much prison as possible.
