There's a good reason Pokken's community lasted a few months on WiiU while Smash, Kart, and Splatoon all still have perfectly fine communities even now with a new console out and a """replacement""" in MK8's case. It needed a sequel, not an extended edition.
Musou's hit a similar nerve as Monster Hunter style games where it's great for the people into it but could not interest everyone else any less.
Odyssey is the second chance for the console to have a must play exclusive and it's in fucking November, pathetic. On the plus side it's a 3D Mario game and logic dictates it's at least going to be very good.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is not coming out in 2017.

From what I understand the PS3 version is the original and it runs totally fine there.
If I have a PS3 (Some 80 million units are out there in the world) and no PS4 and want to play Persona 5 I'd need to be stupid to buy a whole new console instead of my PS3 I've already been getting use out of for years.
