I'm sure Elyse likes playing as a girl too but for the life of me the only time I recall her bringing that sort of thing up is during the GT Time when the female players were going to be on the Fifa cover that year (because of the interest from the US women's world cup success) and she suggested that should happen every year, not just that one. Which with her being a woman and talking about real women getting credit for something, I don't see the slightest problem with that.
But otherwise I can't think of any other times she talked about it while at GT.
