I still really disagree with a lot of its design choices but I think I've gotten good at knowing all the systems well enough so that I can have an ok amount of fun. I don't know if I'd actually buy it though, I'm just sharing it off of a friend.

I feel it could be a really good game if they just changed a few relatively small things.
All of the bosses do have a hard damage cap, which also sucks.

There's certainly less of an effort but that comes with the overproduction and corporate aspect.
Simply "getting it to run" on the majority of machines seems to be the current standard.
Without any consideration for scale ability or innovation
It's amazing to think Unreal and Quake 2 were made to be used with multiple renderers for multiple card distributors that all had different architecture and got updates to support more.
Now you're lucky if your game gets a patch at all to fix current problems.
I'll dread seeing gaming when Windows 7 starts dwindling in 2020

i got cvs2 to work, just turned off the music to avoid ear rape. easy operation a groove fucking breaks charge characters, its a fun time. playing on a laptop hinders dexterity, but im making it work by zoning with morrigan at ratio 2, yun at 1 and currently deciding on the third chara.

p grooves meter takes forever to stock, it's fucking depressing. would've been cool if they gave it ex moves and super canceling from specials in the arcade, but atleast i can add supercanceling in the ex grooves. i haven't actually unlocked it, yet, even though i could if i wanted to ruin the fun for myself. all in all, i'm enjoying the game.

NieR Automata, I'm rather conflicted though because I never finished all the endings to the original. I got the second ending then lost my save, I'm wondering if it's worth replaying to get them all before moving on to Automata. I've also been getting back into Dragon's Dogma, I go back and play it every couple of months. I've been overseas for a while and should really try catch up with my friends in Overwatch but I really don't care enough. I need to get Persona 5 after I'm done with NieR(s?), I'm also super keen on playing Gravity Rush 2 but ironically enough I don't want to rush that and will leave it until after the NieR game(s?) and Persona 5.
