Prefer the original. The world, the Bionis and Mechonis, are tremendously more interesting than XCX. Also I don't like the way XCX looks in that it always seemed like there was this grey filter over everything.

I imagine 2 will turn out alright, but I'm not a fan of the way the characters look right now, especially the protagonist.
