Me and a friend were playing call of Duty zombies (I know, but I have a guilty pleasure for waves of enemy games) and there is a glitch where you can get through one of the windows, fall outside of the building, get revived, and you can run around the map and Yada Yada yada, well apparently you're not supposed to do it in splitscreen, but we did anyways and he got stuck in an infinite loop of rapidly dying with a black screen constantly draining our money we ended the round when he hit like 300 some deaths, I still have a video I took of it

I'm sure there is a better example I could go with, but this is the first one that came to mind.
I was playing Fallout 3 on console way back when for the first time, and was mostly just fucking around in the boring kid parts. During the bit where you do the pointless stats test, I was hopping around, trying to jump onto shit. I don't know why exactly this happened other than patented Bethesda quality, but I must of hit the table in the corner just right to rupture space-time, because I fell through the bottom of the map and landed in the future. Specifically the part where security wants your blood.
As far as the game is concerned, I'm still a defenseless teenager, so I promptly get beaten to death and turn off the game.

You can skip the respawn effect on a blood moon by being inside Hyrule Castle at Midnight on blood moon nights.
This stores the blood moon effect til the next night but if you keep going back to Hyrule Castle every night you can keep postponing it and the things you killed continue to stay dead.

Flying deathclaws. I don't if it was widespread or not but on my unpatched FO3, deathclaws would clock on to me and then catapult into the sky as soon as they entered combat. Best part was they'd come back down too, after a few minutes, so I had to keep an eye out for them silently landing, taking a swipe at dogmeat and shooting off again

One glitch I can never seem to reproduce was in Deus Ex HR, you can normally tell the fat black lady her husband died even if he didn't by letting one of the hostages die, but somehow I got it to where Adam would tell the husband his wife died even if she didn't, I think it might that Sanders has to take the killing shot but miss due to being shot or something Idk really.

We NEED Skate 4.
I played hte shit out of Skate 3, but when I moved into my place nearly 2 years ago, I'd invite my friends over every thursday for a gaming night.

Skate 3 was suggested one night and we downloaded loads of custom parks. The ones with the huge long tubes were best as we'd try and see who could get the furthest, make weird jumps, grinds and tricks.

If I had that now, that I've moved further away from them all and gaming nights don't happen anymore, an online mode where we could do the same in Skate 4 would be top tier.

I used to play Temple Siege UMS, an ASSFAGGOTS Starcraft Brood War custom map. A dev experimented with a new release which allowed multiple people to pick the same hero and for testing purposes he told all the players to pick Mech, which we obliged. The game actually functioned properly for a while until the first player died, which made him discover he didn't really die and consume a life (instead of timer based respawns, Temple Siege had limited lives for the players) as he should, but could use the transformation to a different mode (unecessary details: goliath bipedal mech, vulture bike and siege tank) to reappearat the place of his "death" and disappear for safety by switching to an already destroyed mode. Life was only consumed upon losing all 3 modes. The game went on, taking longer than usual by the virtue of people having effectively thrice the lives, but eventually the first player got eliminated for real.
It turned out he could still affect the game (beyond words of encouragement). Casting spells made them appear at the location of another player instead, as evidently the player-affiliated zones centered onto other players. Quickly the death count increased until the last player alive stood at the healing area in base where he tried to survive continous nuking from 3 enemy players spamming their highest tier spell as often as the energy counter allowed.
