I can't really see this getting happy yuri ending seeing the tone of the show so far, meaning both live together in some village forgotten by all in peace, where as older ladies they tell story about Last Witch and Good Princess to village kids, I give that 5% of happening.

Then I give 5% of having another yuri end in a way where both die together in suicidal attack on Emperor bunker to end the war, or any similiar situation where they die together or one follows other soon.
