That goes double for Jump, I think they'd require him to make a new series if he wants to get published. He has been doing a bunch of oneshots lately, so he might be getting ready for a new series soon. I just hope the oneshots get translated, or at least scanned.

Itou, Saku Saku Tei, Hiiragi, Nakatani. I think the other anon confused Hiiragi with Nakatani, since I've seen any Touhou works from her.

There're also Minase RuRuu and Amagakure Gido, who actually have gotten quite successful after they switched to het. Which is quite a shame, because I like of their yuri stories immensely, both art and plot wise. It's sad that Yuri Hime can't get these artists to their side (Amagakure used to write for Hirari), and it's sad they felt the need to move on from this niche genre since yuri fans can't support them financially well enough.

But maybe I'm wrong and yuri can still sell well since the edgefest Happy Sugar Life still sells in the hundred of thousands. Have to admit it's fun to read though.

If you count game CG, there is also Cosmic, who did the CG for Tsui Yuri. She is the one who make these superior NagaMutsu fanart. (Out of all those suckers for yuri on pixiv i think she has the best art). But her doujin plots are kinda iffy so I don't know, maybe it's a good thing that she doesn't do the plot this time.

Yeah. Many series in YH just ended suddenly two moths ago. Prince Prince, Ayame 14 and others.

I heard that Mebae was pretty much shit down after they put het in one of their one shots.

Not too clear on the details since all my information on such things is filtered through /u/, but if there's an ounce of truth in that I doubt we'll see anyone else try that.

I have to assume Yuri Danshi only existed as long as it did because readers kept giving Kurata the benefit of the doubt. When it became apparent it was going in a direction they didn't like they acted.
