1. How come Cooper's hair did not grow long during his time in the red room? How did he shave, eat, shit and piss?

2. With Cooper's inability to do anything during his Dougie-reign, how was he able to shit and piss without doing it like a retard? At no point did we witness his face with a face of disgust and shame at all the thing she possibly helped him with.

3. How come Cooper grew 25 years older, but his hair is still jet black? Shouldn't he be grey, as would be appropriate for someone of an older age?

4. How did Cooper's tie change color? He wore a red tie with a pattern in the original finale, but when we cut back to him on the same chair, his tie is all black.

5. How come Cooper did not react to the newer, more modern world when he finally awakened? The last time he used a phone, it resembled a brick, but he had no shock or problem using the more modern communication devices.

6. Why do lodge inhabitants age like humans do? Mike and the fire-man are clearly much older.

7. Did Cooper feel 25 years pass in real time, or did 25 years pass shortly due to perception of time in the lodge working differently?

I hope some of the more hardcore fans will answer my clever questions.

Imagine if Frost had wrote 20 years instead of 25 and they passed it by without a thought and never got the inspiration to go do another season. From what I can gather their willingness to work together again on TP just happened to coincide with the 25 year thing and that seemed to really inspire Lynch further.

That being said, it would have been great if it could have happened a bit earlier and some of the cast wasn't quite as old or near death even. But I also have a feeling had this happened any earlier it wouldn't have had the potential to turn out so well. TV show quality has been going up exponentially and just in the last 5 years the potential for TV greatness is a lot higher than it was.
