What does /tv/ think of Belladonna of Sadness?

I just watched this recently. Pretty boring and it's message is very conventional and not particularly unique. I can appreciate some of the more experimental elements and visual style of a movie like this, but ultimately, it wasn't anything particularly special

got memed into watching this. boring and shitty animation. forgot I was dealing with faggots on an anime board
