Yes, in Mackey's office

Latest episode was really full of memorable and enjoyable moments. Briggs handling the shooting, and subsequent staredown with the recalcitrant kid and witnessing a zombie kid in a fat woman's car. Cooper's entire arch, culminating in the hillarious dinner scene, featuring Candy whose mental state is still shrouded in mystery.

Cooper being saved by cherry pie suggests that the third season, much like FWWM, is not a "rebellion" against the old Twin Peaks, so much as Lynch simply taking the show in a different direction and that there is still room for cherry pie and similar amenities.
