I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

The whole purpose of that scene is to make the audience feel uneasy for the rest of the movie. Every time the camera pans around the corner slowly, after watching the hobo scene, you expect something to jump out at you (which it never does).
