I really like the 12 snow regeneration, I actually hope that's the actual regen itself, and not just him before he reels it back in and manages to put it off for a while. The thought of the Doctor on his knees screaming while being unable to stop himself from regenerating is somehow both extremely awesome and disturbing at the same time. If he is trying to hold it back, I wonder if it'll be explosive like 10's was. Or maybe they'll just get increasingly explosively again since this is a new cycle

The day as a whole suffered from very low ratings with the highest rated show, Casualty, only getting 4 million watching. Mrs Brown's Boys had 3.38 million while Pitch Battle had just below 2 million.

Over on ITV the highest rated show was the children's version of The Voice which had 3.80 million watching.

I'm torn between the conversion process, on one hand scooping out the brain and just slamming it inside of a metal suit was dark as fuck props to cybrus writers for that, but between the Mondas+Cybrus conversion model, the cyber mites being slightly lack luster in that grueling humanity taking away aspect, the mondas conversion for me fills in that middle gap of retaining bits of human bits here and there is pretty good.

Still nothing more humanity degrading then only having your brain sliced open, plucked out and slammed into a cold metal container with hooks and wires everywhere.

It's nice to see the Mondasians again. They are a much more personal horror than the Cybran Cybermen, the idea that people chose to become such.

I'm rather iffy about the Cybran model being seen again next episode, I'd have rather they kept with the Mondasian look.
