Will /tv/ ever admit it was a good movie?
It was glorious.
>le cute tree is dancing awwww xDD
>lolololol le TASERFACE xDDD
>haha le cute tree doesn't understand English awwwww
>DUDE LET'S HAVE THE MAIN CHARACTER DO LITERALLY NOTHING THE ENTIRE FILM LMAO
>OMGG le blue man died I'm so emotional rite now :((((
>>82568977
dude
Nah I don't even need to see it to know it's Reddit trash
>>82568977
pretty much
The only ones who hate it are Americans who havent seen it.
>>82568348
what are you talking about? theres been multiple threads praising this movie.
fuck what /tv/ thinks, people only come here for the feet.
that being said, i greatly enjoyed that movie.
more like Guardians of the kino
>>82568348
it was enjoyable.
that's it nothing more than an enjoyable flick, happy now?
>>82568977
You misuse the word "literally."
>>82569370
>Reddit trash
God what a lame argument you have. Literally the reddit of arguments.
>>82568977
as a DC fan, I'm not even ashamed to admit that GotG2 was a great movie experience. Great emotion and fun, unlike almost all Marvel films. And to be fair, the film doesn't have one main character- it is called the Guardian*S* of the Galaxy, not Guardian of the Galaxy
>>82568348
First is a better sci-fi adventure.
>>82569493
I don't get it. If it was any other movie I would have fucking hated this, but here I found it funny. I honestly don't know why. Was it because it was a callback to something that was said earlier? I genuinely don't understand why it works
>>82569599
The second was a better Star Trek Light
>>82568977
DC on full damage control yet again
>>82569730
To some extent, yeah, because it was set up earlier it's not a lol-randum moment. Plus it works because it was just a brief part of the battle, as opposed to the finishing move
>>82568348
Is "it's so bad it's good" a positive review?
I liked StarCrash...this is almost as good as that
Not sure if I'd consider it a "good" movie ?
>>82568348
We already did in every thread so far, idiot.
wait a second
*watches reddit letter media opinion*
yep it sucks

It was good, but nothing I'd ever watch again.
/THREAD

>/thread'ing your own post
No, it was not good.
>>82568348
I liked it.
>>82570478
It wasn't amazing or anything, but I at least enjoyed. Definitely not as good as anything DC has made.
admit what? /tv/ love this film
look at this endless threads about how good gofg2
>>82569370
Stop fucking insulting reddit Jesus. Guess what, a lot of us go there and there's nothing you can do about it. There's nothing wrong with reddit or GOTG. You're just a triggered /r/the_donald poster. FUCK OFF our board you piece of shit
>>82570545
>reddit Jesus
There's a reddit Jesus?
Kek
>>82569493
>people only come here for the feet.
Rocket's feet I assume?
>>82568348
It was a lot better than the first.
>>82569730
It was properly set up and fit the character.
A raccoon beating up ten SWAT members? I'm sorry but this is really breaking my immersion
Raccoons eat garbage and hunt insects. They DO NOT jump between trees throwing grenades and activating traps. You just know some raccoonists in Hollywood think that's what makes raccoons strong or empowered or something. You're wrong, coons. Stay in the garbage cans.
>>82568348
Who is this /tv/ guy? Your boyfriend? That sort of behavior should stay in >>>/lgbt/.
>>82568348
I really didn't think it was great. It was good, but not great. Drax and Yondu were the only redeeming factors.
I mean sure it was a "fun" movie in the sense that every Marvel movie is "fun" and "entertaining". But it's not going to be any sort of critically acclaimed kino.
>>82570362
This is how I feel about it, too. It's good, not great, certainly not spectacular, and the jokes miss just about as much as they hit.
Interestingly, the only audible reaction to Pacman was a guy about three rows down from me that just sort of gave it an "Ehhhhhh . . ." which sort of matched my internal reaction to it.
I'm getting awful tired of Disney aiming low.

>>He doesn't know about Uplifted animals
Man, I wish I were in your shoes. The Uplifted opossums we have around here will knife you as soon as look at you and I've seen a pack of Uplifted ferrets skeletonize a man in seconds. And raccoons, man, a forty-pound Uplifted and cybernetic augmented raccoon doesn't eat out of your garbage, it bashes you with the trash can and then it eats YOU.
>>82568977
imagine being this angry over a movie you would claim to not care about
>>82573832
You got us all wrong, senpai. We wanted to care. We gave up around the time Iron Man 2 came out. There was a brief glimmer of hope with TWS, but alas, it was fool's gold all along.
>>82568977
4th point so much, it really felt like Star-Lord was just a blank plot vehicle so that things could happen involving slightly less boring characters like needle-smurf
>>82568977
>when you spend too much time browsing /tv/

>Le I'm mary poppins hahahahxD le mary poppins is a woman but le blue whistling mang doesn't knows it Xd
>implying I'd ever watch Redditors of the Galaxy 2 let alone even the first one
kek I don't think so buddy
My single biggest gripe with this movie is how Ego just nonchalantly reveals that he's responsible for the death of Quill's mom. I could have come up with a good half-dozen better ways for that to happen.
>>82576913
I agree, if he was a superpowered god he should have seen it coming that memelord would get angry as fuck
>>82576984
Would have been so much better if "cancer" was just a side-effect of carrying one of his kids. All of the mothers could have died from it. When Quill's connected to him through the light, all it would take is a quick flash of Ego's brain, and a flash back to Quill saying, "You knew. You knew you were killing them," Ego replying with something like "I made them special!" and I would have been totally sold.
