The first season was pretty boring. The show didn't get really good until they started flanderizing all the characters.

There was a noticeable dip in quality around the time Joey started to like Rachel and Ross dated Lana from Archer though.

I kinda like how the episodes are named "the on about x", x being the secondary plot of the episode. It helps me remember where I left off after months of hiatus because this show is almost impossible to watch more than a season at a time.
