1. the subtitles are for the 90 minute rip, where the full movie is 20 minutes. Better to re-sub the whole thing than just fill in the 20 minutes
2. there are meant to be subtitles for every location/name, but that particular sub mixes them with the dialogue so you rarely see them properly (pic is of how it should be)

MEGAnon here. I hit my upload limit. Disc 1 of the extras is done. Here's a link for them, but I'm gonna see if I can put together a torrent file or something for disc 2, or delete some stuff to make room after the first disc has circulated enough. If anyone wants to set up a backup MEGA of the movie just so I can free up all the space from that, that would help a lot.

Very different is an understatement. I'm curious how Jin-Roh turned out how 'cool' it did, given the nature of Red Spectacles and Stray Dog. I used to hate Stray Dog when I saw it since I picked it up at the library based off of its cool cover. I think I was 13 at the time. I described it as the most boring movie I had ever seen, with 75 minutes of nothing and like 10 minutes worth of a cool action scene. Having re-watched them somewhat recently, I now appreciate them more than Jin-Roh.

Does anybody have any good videos/articles that explain the parallels to the Fukushima disaster in this or footage from the disaster that matches shots from the movie?

I remember seeing a compilation of footage or a list of videos somebody put together to mirror stuff from the movie but I lost it.
