I have no interest at all and never tried desu
When I was told I could never make it big without getting into social media

TFW I have sams job IRL.
I work as a unit tech on an oncology floor of a hospital and I just clean liquid shit all day long. You wouldn't believe how much shit 52kg patients make, literally gallons of it. The smell was bad at first but now it barely phases me. Sam is a bitch to wretch every single time, otherwise I feel his feels.
I hate it, just doing it to get my foot in at the hospital.
There are better ways to get your foot in. Also your thread sucks

Haha what a [Spoiler]shit job[Spoiler]

Not for nursing.
It's a damn shame James Gunn never got to make a third Scooby Too movie.
It would have to be released in 2006 (first one in 02, second one in 04, etc.) and it would be a perfect sign off to the crazy post-post modern era of film and society and everything in general that was the early-mid 2000s (2007 was the first truly shit year due to iPhones and social media, with every consecutive year being as shitty if not shittier).
>>85230151
I remember liking the first one but thinking the second one was boring.
I remember liking the first one but thinking the second one was boring.
>>85230151
>2007
I wish there was a forum or board general just to talk about that year. So many people I know can point to it and say "Yup, that's where it all went to shit'
Just saw Dunkirk. Loved the hell out of it. Having Harry Styles call a black Frenchman a "fucking frog nigger" was kinda strange, but made sense for his character
>>85229959
Saw it yesterday. I fucking loved it. Grabs you from the first second and relentlessly drags you with it until the end.
I'm also a huge aviation and WWII nerd so the aerial stuff gave me a chub. I must also say it's probably the most objective war movie I've ever seen. No drama, no cliches, no bullshit no nothing. Just pure human suffering. You're there with them.
One day you'll act your age OP, and when you do you can start working on your driver's license.
>>85230401
Agreed, it felt like you watched it through their eyes. The music was intense and added a lot of tension, and the sound was the best I've heard in any movie.
Whatever, i actually think it looksgood.

I like his hair.
it could be good BUT the girlfriend thing might fuck it up and the
> light fighting for social justice might not be that badas long as they dont preach right and wrong to us so it like they did with this super pig movie
hmmm tension
>>85229701
Misa fucked up the anime so it wouldn't be a surprise.
I'm expecting some cool first 30 min, at least.
Will he ever be relevant again?
>>85229467
is that wil wheaton
>>85229467
never was
>>85229467
I honestly think that predicting the lottery thing killed his career. It made it blatantly apparent he was a hack fraud, especially after all the build up and teasers
I'm a big fan of classic films. Mostly from the early 40's to early 60's.
But am I the only one that finds films from the 1910s-1930s completely unwatchable? It's as if they hadn't learned how to make an interesting story yet. Only a select few films from that era are watchable
1/10 bait
If you find Wizard of Oz unwatchable you need to quit life
>>85229309
Agreed.
Most movies before the 1940s are shit.
Like most cars before 1950.
And like most computers before 2030.
And like all Operating systems before 2100.
Industries need to mature.
I've been re-watching (the original) Twin Peaks in anticipation of checking out the new series.
Why did this show go so off the rails midway through the second season? There are so many stupid side stories and shit going on. Laura's murder is irrelevant at this point. The Donna and James tortured romance shit is annoying as fuck. Now we have a cross-dressing DEA agent. Aliens abducting people and crap. Endless musical interludes about fucking nothing. Just random shit that is seemingly leading nowhere. What the fuck?

New writers taking over after Lynch got fucked by the studios because they forced him to reveal the killer already
It gets better towards the final stretch because that's when Lynch returned to the show
the civil war stuff with ben would have been good if it was contained in one episode, but that went on too long
>>85229246
dont talk shit about Denise
Who else is watching Dunkirk alone tonight?
>>85229011
Just you OP
>>85229011
Just you OP
I'll be there with you in spirit OP
Who will play him in the inevitable biopic?

Daniel Day Lewis
>tfw say "ok I'll clean my room it's a bit messy"
>never do
>>85229922
Yeah, same here
> but hey, those triple dubs tho
>mfw someone says that Battlefield Earth isn't the greatest piece of cinema of all time near me
There are very few genuinely awful movies that are always fun to rewatch especially when showing it to people who have never seen it before.
>>85228038
I liked it. When it came out all I heard in the media was "its about Scientology and it is shit because of that". I never looked into see if the former was true, but it seemed like the media was out for blood.
>>85228655
Totally not a Scientology shill here guys
Are they intentionally trying to get the show cancelled?
the horror
And dropped. Fuck that.
>>85227820
I am honestly suprised they didn't cancel it after how shitty season 2 was. Even season 1 wasn't to great.

>>85227793
I don't think the Netflix shows are made for or aimed at children anon. The rest of the MCU is.

rip stargate
>>85234456
Err, what is this? Learning more about Catherine Langford is one of the last thing I was interested in
a reboot would actually be ok with me
